Shipping & Delivery
Tim Edge is an online software service. Nothing is shipped: there is no physical product and no delivery charge.
How you receive what you buy
- Your plan is delivered online, to the Tim Edge account you are signed in with when you pay.
- It switches on automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. You can see your plan and its dates in Settings.
- You use Tim Edge in your web browser at timedge.in, on a computer or a phone. Nothing needs to be installed.
Subscriptions
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period you have paid for, and your access continues without a break. You can stop the renewal at any time in Settings → Cancel subscription; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See Refund & Cancellation.
Bundles
Bundles (Tim Academy + Edge) are delivered the same way: the Edge plan switches on in your account, and Tim Academy access is given on the email address used for the purchase.
If something is missing
If you have paid and your plan has not switched on within 24 hours, write to support@timedge.in with your payment details and we will sort it out.
