Refund & Cancellation

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, in full or in part, once a payment is complete.

Subscriptions

You can stop the automatic renewal at any time in Settings → Cancel subscription, or by writing to support@timedge.in.
Once you stop it, you will not be charged again. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
The current period is not refunded, including unused days.

Bundles (for example Tim Academy + Edge) are one-time purchases. They cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged because of a technical error on our side, write to support@timedge.in within 7 days with the payment details and we will reverse the extra charge.
If money left your account but the payment failed, it is normally returned automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days.
